Construction is well underway for many shops and restaurants in the Four Corners area of Peoria and has sparked an interest in the community as to what will be coming to the area.
In the new construction, newly framed building that sits right on Lake Pleasant Parkway, behind the new Harkins Theatre, Raising Cane’s is underway. Many speculated that will be In-N-Out, however, the popular burger chain is scheduled to sit next to Raising Cane’s and has not broken ground on construction yet.
Just north of that area, also on Lake Pleasant Parkway, behind the Wendy’s area, the multi-tenant building looks to be nearing completion. When finished the following establishment are slated for that small strip mall: Reformed Pilates, Cinnaholic, Over Easy Restaurant, Tropical Smoothie Cafe, Vision Works, a nail salon, Restore Cryotherapy, OHM Fitness, European Wax, and muchly anticipated Handel’s Ice Cream. It has also been reported located in this new section of development a possible Honor Health urgent care as well as Christian Brothers Automotive will be joining the area.
You may have noticed new construction in the small Panera shopping center. At the opposite end of Lakeside Bar & Grill, Capriotti’s Sandwich Shop is slated to take ownership and is coming soon.
Details on the grand opening of the QT near the Loop 303 on Happy Valley Road have not been released yet. Stay tuned for more business developments in the North Peoria area.
