The 2023 HEAL HER Art is on display at Rio Vista Community Center now through Veterans Day Friday, November 11.
This program provides fun, stress-releasing painting sessions for women Veterans.
Participants can submit artwork for 3 ‘People’s Choice’ awards.
Peoria Mayor Jason Beck will also present a Mayor’s Choice award.
The awards ceremony follows the Veterans Day Ceremony Saturday November 11 at 8 am at Rio Vista Recreations Center, 8866 W. Thunderbird Rd.
HEAL HER Art is a 2023 Peoria Arts Grant recipient. Money from the grant was used to professional frame these pieces.
