New Valley Hamburger Concept To Launch In The Valley

Tony & Roushan Christofellis are taking the food scene in Arizona by storm.  The creators of ‘Salad and Go’ and Angie’s Lobster will soon introduce their new Valley hamburger concept.

Tony and Roushan Christofellis, the developers behind ‘Salad and Go’, have been busy since the sale of their chain in 2021. Selling the popular ‘Salad and Go’ chain has set the couple on a new trajectory. The two have been busy pioneering their third venture, a new dining experience in the Valley called ‘Angie’s Burger’.

Angie’s Burger will be a hamburger joint that offers a wide selection of delectable burgers. Customers can choose from an array of patty flavors, toppings, and sauces to create their own unique burger. The restaurant will also serves fries, shakes, and other sides.

Angie’s Food Concepts is excited to launch their third concept, Angie’s Burger, which follows their two other establishments, Angie’s Lobster and Angie’s Prime Grill. The earlier two concepts are both drive-thru services, Angie’s Lobster being a seafood option and Angie’s Prime Grill offering steak dishes.

The goal of all Angie’s Food Concepts establishments is to make luxurious cuisine available to all, regardless of one’s socio-economic status.

The restaurant owner’s strategy which started with their lobster meals, making good food affordable will be carried on at Angie’s Burgers. Customers can enjoy prime steakhouse burgers that will be offered at $9.99 with fries and a drink.

The initial location of the launch will be their test kitchen and distribution center. Additionally, the location is an existing Angie’s Prime Grill at 880 E. Lone Cactus Dr. in north Phoenix.

Presently, three Angie’s Burger spots are being considered for the Valley , with 20 additional Angie’s Food Concepts locations coming in 2024. This means that the Valley can anticipate more Angie’s Lobster, Angie’s Prime Grill and Angie’s Burger storefronts in the near future.

In addition, Angie’s Food Concepts will be extending their reach with two locations in Tucson and one in Las Vegas, Nevada.
