Peoria Police Searching For Suspects In String of Vehicle Burglaries

The Peoria Police Department is searching for two suspects in a string of vehicle burglaries last week in Northwest Peoria.

The suspects were caught on camera breaking into vehicles and taking items from multiple cars parked outside gyms near Happy Valley Road and Lake Pleasant Parkway between 4:45 a.m. and 6:30 a.m. on March 28.

Police say that one of the suspects is a woman between the ages of 20 and 29 with dark-colored hair and was seen wearing a black sweatshirt.

On video, the suspect can be seen wearing a sweatshirt with a white emblem on the left chest. The woman was also wearing blue sweatpants with the words “Los Angeles California” on the left leg.

The second suspect police are looking for was driving driver of a white Mercedes Benz SUV with chrome rims, tinted windows and has a large emblem on the front of it. He was seen wearing a dark-colored hat and light-colored shirt.
