If you are going out of town for the holidays, leave your home with an additional layer of protection with Peoria’s Vacation Watch Program.
Before you leave for vacation, fill out the Peoria Police Department’s Vacation Watch request form. While you are away, civilian volunteers will periodically check on your home, walking the property and checking for any damage or signs of anything unusual. In the event of an unexpected change, an officer will be contacted, and an investigation will begin.
Although the Vacation Watch Program is not a guarantee your house will be completely protected, it is an added defense and provides additional peace of mind while you are away.
