Someburros, a fast-casual and family-operated group of restaurants known for Sonoran-style Mexican food is opening their fifteenth location in North Peoria.
Someburros has been operating in the Valley since 1986. They are set to open their newest location in Peoria on the Northeast corner of 83rd Avenue and Thunderbird Road on Saturday, August 12th at 9 a.m.
To celebrate their grand opening, the chain will host a community event including entertainment of a live mariachi band, gift card giveaways, piñata prizes, an appearance by “Nacho,” the restaurant’s burro mascot, and more surprises.
Someburros’ is known for their time-honored traditional recipes passed down generation after generation by the Vasquez Family. Someburros dine-in experience is family-friendly, offer excellent customer service, quality ingredients and many made-to-order menu items. The kitchen’s offerings are made with the freshest and highest quality ingredients from scratch. They are known from their crispy and soft tacos, tostadas, enchiladas, taquitos, quesadillas, its signature burros including the Pollo Fundido, the most popular dish amongst guests, and their traditional Red and Green Chili Beef.

The new Peoria location offer customers a spacious 1,500 square-foot indoor dining area, and a 400 square-foot outdoor dining patio and a walk-up counter for takeout ordering, and to-go orders. Someburros also offers a convenient drive-thru for guests who are looking for high quality Mexican food on-the-go.
Coming next in 2023 Someburros will be expanding in San Tan Valley area of the valley and also at Norterra in North Phoenix.
