P83 Entertainment District is getting an exciting new establishment.
Tavern Park, a restaurant, bar, nightclub with a Las Vegas-style sportsbook concept is set to open in the P83 Entertainment District or Peoria.
Taking the space at the formerly Fox and Hound and most recently Modern Round, at Tavern Park customers will be able to do everything from eat, drink, dance and even gamble.
Peoria Planning and Zoning Commission has approved the design review of the project for the 18,000 square-foot, two-story venue. The location offers multiple areas for dining and entertainment.
Tavern Park is set to have one of the largest LED walls in the state, a massive bar with tall ceilings, surrounded by multiple televisions and live sports ticker screens. In addition, private sky boxes will be available to be booked for UFC fight nights.
At night during the weekends, Tavern Park will transform into a nightclub that is set to rival Scottsdale clubs. The club will offer exclusive VIP treatment including private booths during the nightlife. The lounge will also open to an upstairs rooftop deck for cocktails and cigars.
Tavern Park will have an indoor “Park” that will be fully climate controlled during hot summer months and also have the ability to open the walls to completely enjoy the beautiful Arizona weather in the winter and spring months.
