Hawaii-based Seven Brothers recently announced plans to add their first west valley location at 83 Marketplace, which is located on the SE corner of 83rd Avenue and Happy Valley Road.

The unique burger chain will be opening their restaurant in the space that was originally supposed to be occupied by The Dexter.

Seven Brothers was created after a Samoan family bought a hole in the wall restaurant in the small country town of Kahuku, Oahu and had big dreams.

Seven Brothers found success quickly and soon had lines out the door and sometimes around the corner. As stated on their website, “Although we have grown from the original seven brothers, with families of our own, making our head count a solid thirty eight people deep, the dream is the same, and so is the place. Seven Brothers is where you will always find us aiming to serve God and others first. A place where everyone is welcome. A place where it’s, “more than a meal.” It’s always about, “your happiness always!”

The chain is known for their legendary “teri sauce” and Paniolo Friies which consist of grilled pineapple, bacon, caramelized onions, melted cheese, BBQ sauce topped with two home made onion rings.

The Peoria location open date has not yet been announced. Click here to learn more about the chain and menu.
