Amazon Delivery Driver Arrested for Indecent Exposure in Peoria

The Peoria Police Department arrested an Amazon delivery driver after an alleged incident of indecent exposure.

According to Peoria Police, an individual was apprehended in connection to an indecent exposure incident that occurred in the Northwest Valley over the weekend.

The occurrence took place at the intersection of 83rd Avenue and Northern. Law enforcement was dispatched to the vicinity at approximately 1:00 p.m. on January 14th.

Peoria Police confirmed that Ronny Gonzalez Mendoza, 24, was taken into custody. Mendoza works as a contract employee for Amazon and is responsible for delivering packages.

According to a statement from an Amazon representative, they are currently working with law enforcement and referred all inquiries to them.

The Peoria Police authorities have stated that an ongoing investigation is being conducted. In the meantime, Gonzalez has been charged with indecent exposure, which is considered a misdemeanor offense.
