PUSD Governing Board Member, Rebecca Hill, Announces Resignation

Governing Board Member, Rebecca Hill, has announced her resignation from the Peoria Governing Board, following the next Regular Board Meeting, Thursday, August 24.

Hill provided her resignation to Maricopa County Education Service Agency (MCESA) sharing that she is moving out-of-state to be closer to family.

Peoria Unified will begin work with MCESA Superintendent, Steve Watson, who appoints Governing Board members to fill vacant seats. The appointed Governing Board Member will serve the remainder of the term, which ends December 31, 2024.  Additional information on the timeline and process will be forthcoming.
