450 Acres of Land in Peoria’s Vistancia Northpointe Acquired by Homebuilders

Peoria’s Northwest Vistancia neighborhood is preparing for growth. Richmond American, a homebuilding company, has acquired over 450 acres of land in the community.

Richmond American, has acquired 164 homesites expected to become available in Spring 2025 in Vistancia’s newest neighborhood Northpointe.

In 2004, Vistancia launched their initial Trilogy community catering to individuals aged 55 and above. Since then the community has grown immensely. Twent years later, the Vistancia area and now Northpointe continues to be a highly sought-after new housing community in the valley.

CastleRock Communities, based in Houston, also has plans to transform 230 acres of land into 479 lots in Northpointe. It is expected that sales will commence in 2026.

The Vistancia;s Northpointe development was established in 2021 and has successfully already sold 500 homes. These homes, ranging from 1,683 to 3,554 square feet, have a starting price of $400,000.

The completion of all building projects is expected to result in a total of 3,200 single-family homes in the new developed area.

The Sovita Club, a 5,300-square-foot recreation center, is located at the heart of the residential development. It offers various amenities such as a pool, kitchen, fitness studio, multi-use basketball court, outdoor fireplace, event lawns, and a play area for kids.
