First come, first served. The library will cycle people through so that everyone can get through the 9 holes.
  • The Phoenix Zoo is bringing Desert Animals to the Sunrise Mountain Library, located at 21109 N. 98th Ave, on Friday, June 16 at 11 a.m. Visit the library as they present this interactive program that features various real desert animals while the animals’ handler(s) share facts about each one.
  • On Saturday, June 24 at 3 p.m., check out Storytelling with African Drums at the Main Library. Celebrate National African American Music Appreciation Month by listening to Baba Shimbabo, a Zulu Master percussionist and storyteller.  Listen to music of traditional African instruments such as the djembes, handmade wooden marimbas, shakers, bushman bow, kalimbas and more!
