In 2017, Chef Fabio Ceschetti opened a small restaurant near Fletcher Heights. It quickly became a must go to for authentic Italian food in Peoria and getting a seat was difficult.
Several years later, Chef Ceschetti is opening the doors to a second, larger locations with his same delicious family recipes and gelato to the bustling area of the four corners of north Peoria.
Fabio On Fire has opened Fabio On Fire Gelateria & Panini, at the Four Corners shopping center, located at 24775 N. Lake Pleasant Parkway, Suite 101, in the Sunrise Promenade shopping center.
The new location features Fabio’s family paninis recipes and house-made gelato.
Chef Fabio Ceschetti’s serves up generations of family recipes that have been handed down to him by his grandparents, who originated from the Puglia region in southern Italy. Chef Fabio sharpened his skills next to his mother in Barcantonio. Fabio attended a culinary school Italy and worked for five (5) star and diamond companies in Italy, London and the United States where he refined his skills.
Fabio’s journey in Arizona began at farmers markets and catering private events and has now grown to his second location and latest concept with paninis and Gelateria. Fabio on Fire uses only the highest quality and freshest ingredients and purchase their produce from local farmers who are committed to growing quality, organic and environmentally friendly farming.
Hours are Tuesday to Sunday from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m.
