The Glendale Police Department have arrested a man on suspicion of shooting his father following a disagreement on Wednesday evening.
The incident occurred on Wednesday night at a residence located near Northern and 43rd avenues.
According to Glendale PD, the father was discovered at approximately 6:30 p.m. with gunshot wounds when officers arrived at the scene. He was then taken to the hospital due to his injuries being deemed as “life-threatening.”
Officers have reported that the son who was of legal age stayed in the residence following the incident of gunfire, and was taken into custody by the officers.
Neither the son nor the father have been identified.
