Passport Applications at the Peoria Main Library

The Peoria Public Library Passport Acceptance Service processes only new applications, long-time (more than 5 years) expired applications and youth applications.

Visit the Main Library, 8463 W. Monroe Street, Tuesdays from 3 to 6 p.m., and Saturdays from 9 a.m. to noon and 1 to 4 p.m. (unless otherwise noted). To make an appointment, call the library at 623-773-7555 and listen for the selection for passport appointments.
