City of Peoria Hosts Free All-American Festival

by Pleasant View

Over a dozen inflatable waterslides, local food and beverage vendors, music by Roger Clyne and the Peacemakers, and a spectacular fireworks show will be featured at Peoria’s Independence Day celebration on Tuesday, July 4, 2023.

The free, annual All-American Festival will be held from 5-10 p.m. at the Peoria Sports Complex, located at 16101 N. 83rd Ave. The All-American Festival is a family-friendly event with over a dozen water inflatables including two, 45-foot slides, live music, a cornhole tournament, food, drinks, and fireworks.

The All-American Festival will again feature a sensory room in the visitor’s clubhouse, which is a calming, sensory-friendly space for children, teens, and adults with sensory processing needs. Noise-canceling headphones, weighted blankets, plush chairs, and soft toys are available to ensure all attendees can enjoy the celebration. Sensory kits will also be available to check out during the event.
